WHAT IS RIVAL WARZ?

Rival Warz stands as the ultimate spot for daily video game sessions, intense competitive Esports showdowns, and thrilling gaming experiences. Complete with family-friendly entertainment, diverse food offerings, and a rooftop bar, Rival Warz is where you can spend an entire day and still crave more!

I THOUGHT THIS PLACE WAS FREE, BUT I SEE THERE’S A COST. WHICH IS IT?

You can enter the venue at no cost but there is a fee to play games.

I’D LIKE TO PURCHASE PLAY TIME, CAN I DO THAT, AND HOW MUCH IS IT?

Visitors who would like to participate in video game play or other arena amenities can purchase game time.

One Hour: $15
Two Hours: $25
Four Hours: $40
Ten Hours (Day Pass): $60
Twenty-Four Hours (Weekend Warrior): $110

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

There is no charge to enter Rival Warz during standard operating hours. Visitors who would like to participate in video game play or other arena amenities will be charged the above pricing for game time. Rival Warz will regularly hold special events and tournaments that require purchasing a ticket for admission. Visit the RivalWarz.gg event calendar for the latest information.

WHAT KIND OF TOURNAMENTS WILL BE HELD?

Rival Warz will feature events and tournaments of all sizes across a variety of game genres including FPS, RTS, RPG’s and more!

CAN I PLAY IN A TOURNAMENT?

Yes. Many tournaments at Rival Warz will be open to the public. Our events calendar can be viewed here.

DO I HAVE TO BE A PROFESSIONAL GAMER TO COMPETE IN TOURNAMENTS?

No! Rival Warz tournaments are open to players of all ages and skill levels.

CAN I MAKE MONEY COMPETING IN A TOURNAMENT?

Yes! Many of our tournaments include guaranteed prize pools where players can compete to win money! (Prize pools and payouts may vary. Please see our events calendar for details.)

ARE THE GAMING STATIONS SECURE? CAN I USE MY OWN GAMERTAG WHEN PLAYING?

Rival Warz runs on its own secure network, so all player information is safe.

CAN I LIVESTREAM FROM MY OWN CHANNELS INSIDE THE ARENA?

Permission from Rival Warz is required to stream from inside the arena.

WILL I BE ABLE TO GET FOOD AND DRINKS AT THE ARENA?

Absolutely, come on in and enjoy several different selections of food and beverages starting at 11am daily!

WHAT IF I DON’T PLAY VIDEO GAMES? WILL I STILL ENJOY Rival Warz?

Yes! Rival Warz has something for everyone. Enjoy items from our food and beverage menu while you watch your friends and family compete on our professional Esports stage!

ARE THERE STAFF MEMBERS WHO CAN TEACH ME HOW TO PLAY?

The Rival Warz staff will be happy to help in any way possible, from set-up to game tips, but playing will be your best way to learn!

WHAT GAMES CAN I PLAY AT THE ARENA?

Just about anything. In addition to the most popular Esports today, visitors will be able to play their favorite arcade games at the video game bar as well as some of the classic console-based games at the interactive history of video game display.

CAN I MAKE RESERVATIONS FOR A PRIVATE EVENT? OR CAN I HOST MY OWN TOURNAMENT AT THE ARENA?

Rival Warz is perfect for any size event, from a unique meeting space, to a world class arena for tournaments and live production events. Four private VIP suites are perfect for smaller parties, while the modular and completely customizable nature of the entire arena allows for almost any kind of event you can dream up.

DO YOU SELL GAMES AT THE ARENA? IS THERE MERCHANDISE?

Rival Warz does not sell games, but there is plenty of other merchandise, including our customized jerseys, t-shirts, hoodies, accessories and more in the venue. We can even build you a state of the art Gaming PC.

IS THERE A RIVAL WARZ SPONSORED ESPORTS TEAM THAT I CAN TRY OUT FOR?

Rival Warz currently doesn’t have its own Esports team, but there are a variety of teams in the area competing in multiple titles.

IS THERE A MILITARY AND/OR FIRST RESPONDER DISCOUNT?

Absolutely. Show us a military or first responder ID, and we will show our thanks for your service in our communities and country by offering a 10% discount on all food, non-alcoholic beverages, and game play.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

You must be 13 or older to enter unless accompanied by a parent or guardian 18+ years of age (depending on content shown on stage). After 9 pm, anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 18+ years old.
When content on stage is rated M-Mature by the ESRB, you must be 17 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian that is 21+ years of age.
When content on stage is rate A-Adults only by the ESRB, you must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
In the case where a tournament includes A - Adults Only content, the minimum age is 18.
Unattended children who are unaccompanied after 9 pm will be escorted to the security desk to wait for a parent or guardian.

Rival Warz reserves the right to alter this policy at any time without advanced notice.

SAFETY

WHAT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS ARE WE TAKING?

Hand sanitizer stations will be placed in every main area of the arena, and available upon request.
A dedicated team member will disinfect all areas as guests enter and exit the area.
Food and beverage service will be limited.

PUBLIC HEALTH AUTHORITIES RECOMMEND SELF-SCREENING BEFORE YOU ENTER PUBLIC PLACES.

Please do not enter the venue if you’re experiencing any of the following signs or symptoms:

Cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Chills
Repeated shaking with chills
Muscle pain
Headache
Sore throat
Loss of taste or smell
Feeling feverish or a measured temperature greater than or equal to 100.0 degrees Fahrenheit
Known close contact with a person who is lab confirmed to have COVID-19
